Would never normally write these reviews but had to as a small thanks to Kieran, he deserves more credit than just doing this! My personal injury history has been long due to sport and my own mis-management. I have been supported with a perfect blend of humour and clarity to help me through a long and difficult time, both mentally and physically. He blends excellent interpersonal skills with high level clinical support. If you are looking for a genuine problem solver who cares about your success, you won't meet a better physio - recommend him for all types of treatment.

I would highly recommend Kieran to anyone suffering pain from a sports injury. I had been having knee pain for a couple of years after an old football injury from uni flared up again. I had tried and failed a couple of times trying to go through physiotherapy treatment through the NHS, so I wasn't particularly optimistic about trying physio again. However, even after just the first session, the massage/physio treatment caused a really drastic relief from the pain (although this was temporary initially). Further massage treatment sessions and targeted exercises for me to do at home helped to build up the strength in the knee and steadily reduce the pain. My progress meant I was able to get through the couch to 5k training plan, and I can now run for 30 mins non-stop without pain, which I hadn't been able to do in years. Kieran has honestly helped change my life - I'd forgotten what it was like to not be in pain, and the ability to be able to run and do more exercise again has helped me lose weight and get fit. I cannot recommend Kieran enough. I visited Kieran for problems with my hip and am now pain free. Not only did he fix the problem, he has helped me to understand what I need to do to prevent injuring myself in the future. He has such a pragmatic approach and clearly explains what has happened and how to improve going forward. Kieran also helped my son with a shoulder problem, he had such a lovely way in which he spoke and related to my son. Kieran is such a genuine person and his knowledge and experience shines through.
